Speaking at the outlet ceremony of the 2-Day Annual Pan-Northern businesses Summit on security, Socio-monetary and political development in Kaduna, the Sultan of Sokoto, Sa'ad Abubakar III stated killer herdsmen do now not constitute the fulanity network while calling at the federal government to prosecute them.
